Soundrop Feature Requests

It's been a month since I submitted two of my songs but I'm still waiting for approval. I have sent several emails but you NEVER reply. Can we know what's happening? A little coherence and let us know something because I'm not the only artist complaining about your silence. We all have the same problem and you don't bother to give an answer. It's been a month since I deposited my music. MOVE

I uploaded my songs 2 weeks before the date I scheduled and one of the song has not been posted yet and it's past the date I scheduled, I scheduled the other for tomorrow, I just hope it's not the same result.

It's been a week and my uploads hasn't gotten approved for distribution or changes. Seems like I'm not the only one with this problem. I chose soundrop for it's human approval and contact, yet it seems like no ones home.

I am regretting working with this company Because since I submitted my song up to now no results 😭

I'm pretty sure your users are growing daily. You might wanna consider speeding approval process is needed at this time. Your competitors approve songs within hours and send them to stores. It takes easysong roughly 2 days to secure cover song licence but it take a cover song about 10 days to be released. Look into this

I have been uploading music under my main name and the songs seem like they would be blocked from receiving income, since in all these months I have generated $0, but I have also uploaded songs under another alias and it is generating there, why?
