Feature Request: Streamlining Split Entry & Approval Process

This feature request relates to the Splits section and the 'Artists' page under "Rights Holders," as well as the split approval process. Like many others, I collaborate with numerous artists, and one of the most tedious parts of managing metadata is entering split information.
Currently, I maintain a spreadsheet of all the artists I work with, including their artist names and Soundrop email addresses. The infrastructure for the "Artists" page already stores Spotify URIs for collaborators, so I was wondering if it would be feasible to add a 'split email' field. This would allow users to quickly search and select collaborators when entering split information, instead of copying and pasting data from other sources.
Additionally, this feature could support pre-approval of splits. If my account has at least 10 prior splits with a selected collaborator from the "Artists" page, it could automatically pre-approve future splits. This would help streamline the process and reduce friction around split notifications.
Often, collaborators ask when they’ll receive split notifications, and I sometimes expedite this by submitting support tickets for approval. A more automated process like this would reduce the need for artists to contact support, making things smoother for everyone.
Thank you for your consideration!

@Hotline Sehwani out of compliance with privacy laws, we cannot allow you to search for another Soundrop account by email. However, soon we will release a feature that allows you to select previously-approved collaborators from a list, so after you have collaborated with them once, you do not need to keep up with their emails. This update will also include automatic approvals for new splits with your previously-approved collaborators. Keep in mind the saved collaborators will start when the new feature is released, so you will need to split with each of your regular collaborators one more time before they are saved and automatically approved in the future.

Morgan @ Soundrop Yes, that's exactly what I was explaining. I wasn’t suggesting a database with access to all Soundrop emails, just a personal area where the emails I’ve previously entered are available. I see the feature has been added now, and I love it—thanks!
